Feeling anxious? Here are a few ways to help you relax:

  1. Prayer & Meditation

  2. Hot steam (boil some water, towel and large bowl) Place your head over the steam for 15 mins) * Adding natural dry herbs can clear sinuses

  3. Listen to calming music especially at night before bed. 

  4. Drink Tea! Chamomile and Mint are great for relaxation.
